The Caffie Green Conservatory
The Caffie Green Conservatory was founded to facilitate a cross-cultural dialogue between citizens of the United States and Ghana. The first objective is to create a cross cultural exchange between youth in Los Angeles, California and Komenda, Ghana. Inner-city youth in Los Angeles will be awarded grants for travel to Africa, and while there will participate in numerous community-related activities. -

African Awareness Now is an organization dedicated to increasing interest in and the awareness of concerns to Africa and the African diaspora. Members organize and perform in events such as Africa Day and the African Fashion Show to educate the college community about African cultures and traditions. We encourage members of the Wellesley community to attend lectures, cultural events and panel discussions, as well as to participate in internships that advance African development.
